bird dances and patterns


Tragopan Satyria

The flap of skin under its head is very large and to me looks more like a warning, this could be used in one of my story ideas where the monster tries to drive people away.
The red, white and black feathers are very pretty and do not take attention from the colourful skin.

The large distracting feathers in this birds dance is to show how big he is, the strange shape on his feathers are very distracting but give an amazing affect. 
They are very similar to the peacock mating dance


Male Birds of Paradise are always trying their very best to impress, with colours or preformance, Colours never blend into one another, they must stand out, for example; Black, red and yellow or black with neon blue to be eye catching.

This is a bower bird nest, its very tidy and always kept in order, this
