Teddy practice

A few Christmas' ago I got a 'make your own' sock teddy box, where I am given stuffing, socks, thread, needle and buttons to complete the teddy.
Today I have figured out it will give me a good understanding of teddy making for my product Hush and Shush, perhaps even some more info into them, perhaps I could make them out of old socks instead of buying felt?

Here I have cut out the different pieces to be sown together

To sow the pieces together you must first turn them inside out, this will reduce the visible string when you pull it out, then stuff in the fluff and your about sorted
or so I thought, I had attacked the head wrong, you are supposed to close up the areas you were going to join to give it a rounded look, thus I had to redo the head and shoulders and she does already look better.
