Jim Dine

I am currently looking into the 1960's, from looking at psychedelic clothing and colours i had stumbled onto this artist, born 1935

I love the sketchy messy appearance and the dark lines mixed with contrasting colours, i may be able to incorporate this into my work

I think it would be perfect to use as like a background for one of my final pieces, it is very visually stimulating and the dark outlines of my designs may stand out more against work which is so bright or runny in appearance.
